About Us
For over a decade, Conroy Builders has been building custom homes in The Hamptons, specializing in all types of construction ranging from traditional and modern building, to historic restorations.
Founded by local second generation home builders Jasper and Christopher Conroy, the brothers have a combined 35 years of home building experience in the high-end residential construction industry.
The Conroy Brothers hold degrees in Construction Management from The Pratt Institute in Manhattan and spent decades working for Sweeney and Conroy, Inc. in Manhattan.

With access to the best subcontractors in the industry from the East End of Long Island to New York City, in addition to their acute eye for detail and a passion for fine craftsmanship, Conroy Builders brings a dedicated, hands on team of project managers and carpenters to every project. They make every effort to build in the most efficient way possible and enjoy using sustainable materials, limit waste, recycle and donate excess materials when available.
